System Requirements

DelMar Envelopes Easy works fine on any computer running Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000, or Windows XP.

DelMar Envelopes Easy uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6 runtime (MSVBVM60.DLL).  Most computers already have this file installed so we don't include it in the setup program. If you are not sure if you have it or not, we recommend you download and try using the free trial version

If you don't have the Microsoft Visual Basic 6 runtime on your computer, you can download it from our site by clicking here.  Once downloaded, simply copy it to your Windows System folder (usually C:\Windows\System32 or C:\WinNT\System32).

Or if you prefer, you can download it from the Microsoft web site by clicking here.

Printing an Envelope

Before printing an envelope, make sure an Envelope Type has been selected on the Envelopes tab, and an Envelopes Printer and Feed Method have been selected on on the Options tab.

Select the Envelopes tab on the main form.

Enter a delivery address and optionally a return address. Addresses can be entered by typing them, pasting from the clipboard (right-click and select Paste), or choosing from the Favorites list.

You can optionally select to print a USPS barcode above the delivery address.

Click the Print button.

Printing Labels

Before printing labels, make sure the Labels Printer and Orientation has been selected on the Options tab.

Select the Labels tab on the main form.

Enter an address. Addresses can be entered by typing them, pasting from the clipboard (right-click and select Paste), or choosing from the Favorites list.

Enter the number of labels you want to print and the starting column and row.

Select the correct Label Type from the drop-down list.

Click the Print button.

Using Favorites

You can add an address to your list of favorite addresses from either the Envelopes or Labels tab.  After an address has been entered, click the Favorites button next to the address text box, and choose Add to Favorites from the popup menu.

Addresses can be selected from your list of favorite addresses by clicking the Favorites button next to the address text boxes, and selecting one of the addresses from the popup menu.  Note the popup menu displays only the first two lines of the address even though all lines have been saved.

Favorite addresses can also be managed using the Favorites dialog.  The Favorites dialog is displayed by clicking the Favorites button next to the address text box, and choosing Modify Favorites from the popup menu.  Once the Favorites dialog has displayed, you can:

  • Select an address for the envelope or label by clicking it in the list, then clicking the Select button.
  • Select an address for the envelope or label by double-clicking it in the list.
  • Add a new address by typing it in the address text box and clicking the Add button.
  • Remove an address from the list of favorites by clicking it in the list, then clicking the Delete button.
